Meet Amy
Drawing from over two decades leading innovation and scaling businesses at Amazon, Time Inc., AOL, and IAC, I partner with executives, founders, and investors to align business strategy, leadership growth, and organizational culture—helping them scale ventures and teams with strategic clarity and purpose-driven leadership.
As a Columbia University–trained Executive Coach and industry leader, I bring a neuroscience-informed, evidence-based approach to leadership growth—bridging the gap between business strategy and human behavior to achieve measurable, lasting impact.
I hold a Master of Science from Columbia University, and an MBA from Fordham University. I also completed the prestigious Columbia University Coaching Certification Program (3CP)—a graduate-level program known for its academic rigor and focus on executive and organizational coaching and leadership training.
I work with clients in tech, media, and entertainment, as well as across financial services, education, healthcare, nonprofits, and government. My experience enables me to tailor insights that meet leaders where they are—whether building new ventures, leading transformation, or navigating complex organizational dynamics.
I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Columbia University’s Coaching Learning Association and as Marketing & Communications Chair for the 5th Biennial International Columbia Coaching Conference, the premier global forum for executive and organizational coaching.
Practice Philosophy
My practice philosophy is grounded in a holistic, identity-aware approach—considering the whole person, their lived experiences, and aspirations. Effective coaching acknowledges how each individual experiences the world and leverages that awareness to chart a path toward clarity, confidence, and authentic leadership.
Grounded in psychological and behavioral science, my practice combines deep listening, creative thinking, and measurable tools to help clients:
-
Identify and amplify their strengths
-
Bridge skill gaps and internal barriers
-
Strengthen leadership presence and resilience
-
Lead with purpose, courage, and clarity
Whether you’re scaling a company, navigating transition, or seeking more fulfillment in your work and life, I provide a trusted space to test, learn, and grow—empowering you to reach your next level as a leader.
Mission
As a strategic advisor and executive coach, I help leaders discover their best selves and scale their greatest impact—by embracing their life experiences and unique worldviews, identifying superpowers, bridging skill gaps, and building the confidence and strategies to lead and thrive in fast-changing environments.

Method
My evidence-based approach is grounded in my training at Columbia University's prestigious Coaching Certification Program and the 3CP framework developed by Dr. Terrence E. Maltbia, Program Director. The program of Teachers College is in partnership with the Executive Education Division of the Columbia Business School, Learn more about the 3CP framework here.
3CP is theoretically grounded in the Science of Human Performance, which states that understanding any form of human performance, and related interactions, is a function of the context (i.e., structuralism and constructivist philosophical orientation), content (i.e., phenomenology), and conduct (i.e., behavioralism).
3CP is a multidisciplinary approach to coaching with an emphasis on integrating theory with practice. It draws many theories from the behavioral sciences including adult learning and development, psychology, management education, and communication.
