Amy Mbagwu-Bagolini

Amy Mbagwu-Bagolini is a senior media, technology, and growth executive with more than two decades of experience building and scaling global businesses at the intersection of technology, entertainment content, advertising, partnerships, and emerging platforms. She has held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most influential media and technology companies, including Amazon as a senior leader responsible for revenue and global go-to-market strategy,, and commercial partnerships across rapidly evolving markets.
Amy holds master’s degrees from Columbia University and Fordham University, grounding her executive leadership in advanced training in strategy, marketing, and business management. Alongside her industry work, she is a Columbia Credentialed Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC), the highest level of achievement offered by the Columbia Coaching Center of Excellence, a joint program of Teachers College, Columbia University, and Columbia Business School. Her graduate-level coaching training is grounded in the science of human performance and emphasizes cognitive diversity, cultural intelligence, ethical practice, and organizational effectiveness for senior leaders operating in complex, high-growth environments.
As a Columbia University–trained executive coach and industry leader, Amy brings a neuroscience-informed, evidence-based approach to leadership development. She bridges business strategy and human behavior to create measurable, sustainable impact.
Through her Master of Arts studies in Art Business at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Amy deepens her understanding of the global art market with a rigorous, practice-oriented focus on finance and management, law and ethics, and global market dynamics. Her academic and professional work centers on positioning art and cultural assets within both their aesthetic and commercial contexts, with particular attention to financial analysis, business planning, and the legal and ethical implications of provenance and ownership.
Together, Amy’s executive experience, coaching practice, and interdisciplinary academic training inform a distinctive leadership perspective. This perspective integrates strategic rigor, cultural fluency, and human insight to support executives, founders, and creatives navigating evolving definitions of value.

Amy currently serves on the Board of Directors of Columbia University’s Coaching Learning Association and served as the Marketing and Communications Chair for the 5th Biennial International Columbia Coaching Conference, a premier global forum for executive and organizational leadership coaching.
