12 WEEKS
One-on-one executive coaching engagements designed around you — your goals, your timeline, your working style. Whether you need 90 days of focused clarity or a longer-term thought partnership, we build the engagement that fits where you are and where you're going.
ASSESSMENTS
6 MONTHS
The NBI® Thinking Preference Assessment illuminates how you think, lead, decide, and collaborate — giving you a powerful foundation for more effective leadership. Available as a self-guided profile or with a personalized debrief session with Amy.
INTENSIVES
1 YEAR
Immersive group experiences for leadership teams, organizations, and professional communities. Grounded in the same evidence-based, neuroscience-informed frameworks as my one-on-one coaching — designed for collective growth and lasting impact.
3-6 MONTHS
COACHING
Effective coaching starts with the whole person, their lived experience, worldview, values, and aspirations. I don't apply a formula. I listen, challenge, and partner with each client to build something that fits who they actually are and where they actually want to go.
Every engagement is built around your specific goals, challenges, and pace. Most clients work with me over three to six months; others choose to extend the partnership as their work evolves. What stays consistent across every engagement is the depth of the work, the quality of the thinking, and the directness of the partnership.

How it works:
Sessions are held weekly or biweekly depending on your goals and pace. Engagements typically run three to six months, with the option to continue as your leadership journey develops. The NBI® Thinking Preference Assessment is available as part of your engagement to deepen self-awareness and accelerate growth.
All engagements are customized. Pricing is discussed during your complimentary discovery session.

NBI® THINKING PREFERENCE ASSESSMENT
The Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI®) is a neuroscience and psychology-based assessment that reveals how you naturally think, communicate, lead, and make decisions. As a Licensed NBI® Consultant, I use this tool to help leaders increase effectiveness across every dimension of their work, how they approach problems, communicate with others, lead and follow, collaborate in teams, make decisions, and innovate.
Unlike personality tests, the NBI® is built for leaders who want actionable insight, not labels. It unlocks deep understanding of leadership strengths, blind spots, and growth opportunities, surfacing the cognitive preferences and behavioral patterns that shape how you lead, and building clear, actionable pathways for development. It's equally powerful for individual coaching and team workshops.
NBI® Assessment + 1:1 Debrief with Amy ($1,000)
Includes the full NBI® assessment plus a 90-minute private debrief session with Amy. We'll interpret your results in the context of your specific leadership challenges, communication style, and goals — building a clear picture of where your thinking preferences are serving you and where they may be getting in your way.
This is the highest-impact way to use the NBI® — paired with direct coaching from a licensed practitioner who has led at the most senior levels of tech and media.
NBI® Assessment — Self-Guided ($500)
Complete the NBI® assessment and receive your full results report with detailed interpretation of your four thinking quadrants. Ideal for leaders who want a clear picture of their cognitive preferences and are ready to explore the implications independently.

Sessions are built around your team's specific dynamics and goals, not a generic curriculum. Half-day, full-day, and multi-session formats available, in-person or virtually. The NBI® Thinking Preference Assessment can be integrated for a deeper, data-informed experience.
Retreats
Immersive experiences for executive teams and senior leaders, combining structured coaching and facilitation with environments that invite bold thinking. Retreats are fully customizable around themes of leadership, strategic clarity, creativity, and creative expression.
Italy holds a special place in my work and my life. I curate retreat experiences there that pair the depth of executive coaching with the extraordinary creative and cultural richness of the country, from Rome to the Tuscan countryside to the Amalfi Coast.
