THE ENGAGEMENT A six month executive coaching partnership for senior leaders navigating growth, transition, or expanded scope. The engagement pairs sustained one on one coaching with structured feedback and strategic counsel drawn from direct operating experience building and scaling a business function to over one billion dollars in revenue. WHAT'S INCLUDED ● Unlimited one hour, one on one coaching sessions Suggested cadence of twice monthly, scheduled at the client's discretion. ● Three sponsor alignment sessions Three way conversations between client, coach, and sponsoring manager or organization, held at launch, midpoint, and conclusion of the engagement. ● Custom 360 feedback review A structured narrative interview process with the client's manager, peers, and direct reports, synthesized into a development focused report and debrief session. ● NBI Thinking Preference Profiler A self assessment of cognitive and thinking preferences, debriefed one on one to inform communication style, decision making, and team dynamics. ● One Operating Leader Strategy Session A dedicated working session, distinct from standard coaching, applied to a specific business or organizational challenge the client is facing, drawing on the coach's own experience operating at scale. ● Unlimited laser check ins Short, as needed check ins between scheduled sessions for time sensitive questions or decisions.
